Rabta Club is a networking and community platform for freelancers, founders, agency owners, remote professionals, mentors, creators, and early-stage professionals in Pakistan.

Rabta Club helps users:

• Discover professional meetups
• Apply as founding members
• Create member profiles
• Apply to host meetups
• Reserve seats for events
• Connect with like-minded professionals
• Attend curated community gatherings

Rabta Club is not a job guarantee platform, client guarantee platform, investment platform, or business success guarantee service.

2. Eligibility

To use Rabta Club, you should:

• Provide accurate information
• Use your real identity or professional identity
• Be legally allowed to use online services
• Be respectful toward other members
• Follow event and community rules

Rabta Club may refuse, limit, suspend, or remove access if a user provides false information or misuses the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access member features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Use a valid email address
• Provide accurate profile information
• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your account with others
• Not create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Profile Information

Your Rabta Club profile may include:

• WhatsApp number
• City
• Profile photo
• Bio
• Professional role
• Skills or interests
• Links such as LinkedIn or portfolio

You must not upload or submit content that is fake, offensive, misleading, illegal, spammy, or harmful.

Rabta Club may edit, hide, reject, or remove profile content that violates community standards.

5. Founding Member Applications

Rabta Club may invite users to apply as founding members before public launch or during early access periods.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Rabta Club may approve, reject, waitlist, or contact applicants based on internal criteria such as:

• Relevance to the community
• City demand
• Professional background
• Quality of application
• Community safety
• Event readiness

Rabta Club is not required to explain every approval or rejection decision.

6. Host Applications

Users may apply to host meetups through the Host a Meetup form.

Applying to host does not mean you are automatically approved.

Rabta Club may review:

• Your identity
• Professional background
• Meetup topic
• Expected audience
• Safety and conduct history
• Event hosting experience
• Fit with Rabta Club values

If approved, your role may be changed to approved host.

Rabta Club may reject or remove host access at any time if the host:

• Misuses member data
• Promotes spam
• Runs unsafe events
• Misleads attendees
• Violates community rules
• Harasses members
• Damages the trust of the platform

7. Events and Meetups

Rabta Club events may be created by Rabta Club admins or approved hosts.

Event details may include:

• Title
• Date and time
• City
• Venue or location
• Capacity
• Price
• Host details
• Event topic
• Attendance rules

Rabta Club may change, postpone, cancel, or remove events when needed.

Reasons may include:

• Venue issue
• Low attendance
• Host unavailability
• Safety concern
• Technical issue
• Payment issue
• Weather, emergency, or force majeure

8. Seat Reservations

When you reserve a seat, your reservation may be subject to:

• Seat availability
• Confirmation status
• Payment status if applicable
• Event approval rules
• Member eligibility
• Venue capacity

A reservation is not final unless confirmed by Rabta Club or shown as confirmed inside your account.

Rabta Club may cancel duplicate, suspicious, unpaid, or abusive reservations.

9. Payments

Some Rabta Club events may be free. Others may require payment.

Payment terms may vary by event.

Before making payment, users should review:

• Event price
• Refund policy
• Cancellation policy
• Location and timing
• What is included
• Any special event rules

Rabta Club may use third-party payment services. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Rabta Club Refund Policy and the specific event policy.

In general:

• If Rabta Club cancels a paid event and no alternative is provided, users may be eligible for a refund.
• If a user does not attend, arrives late, or changes their mind, refunds may not be guaranteed.
• Some events may have non-refundable costs due to venue booking, food, host arrangements, or limited seats.

Please read the Refund Policy before booking paid events.

11. Community Conduct

Rabta Club is built on trust.

Users must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Spam members
• Collect member data without permission
• Misrepresent themselves
• Promote scams or fake opportunities
• Share offensive or hateful content
• Discriminate against others
• Disrupt meetups
• Record or photograph people inappropriately
• Use Rabta Club only for aggressive selling or pitching

Networking is encouraged. Spam is not.

12. Professional Opportunities

Members may discuss work, hiring, projects, partnerships, or collaborations.

Rabta Club does not guarantee:

• Clients
• Jobs
• Revenue
• Investments
• Partnerships
• Business results
• Hiring outcomes
• Freelance success

Any business deal between members is their own responsibility.

Users should do their own due diligence before working with anyone.

13. Safety and Event Behavior

At events, users are expected to:

• Arrive on time
• Respect venue rules
• Treat members professionally
• Avoid aggressive selling
• Follow host instructions
• Report unsafe behavior
• Avoid recording others without permission

Rabta Club may remove or ban users who create safety risks.

14. User Content

Users may submit profile information, bios, messages, applications, feedback, photos, or other content.

By submitting content, you allow Rabta Club to use it for:

• Platform operation
• Profile display
• Event management
• Community moderation
• Marketing, only where appropriate
• Internal review and improvement

You are responsible for the content you submit.

15. Intellectual Property

The Rabta Club name, logo, website, design, content, platform structure, and branding belong to Rabta Club unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, sell, reproduce, or misuse Rabta Club branding, website content, or platform design without permission.

16. Account Suspension or Removal

Rabta Club may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts if users:

• Abuse other members
• Submit fake information
• Misuse event access
• Spam users
• Attempt to hack or damage the platform
• Violate safety rules
• Harm the reputation or trust of the community

We may take action without prior notice where safety or platform integrity is at risk.

17. Platform Availability

Rabta Club may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website or app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available.

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes without notice.

Rabta Club may link to third-party websites, tools, payment services, social platforms, or partner pages.

We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy policies, or services.

Use third-party services at your own discretion.

19. Limitation of Liability

Rabta Club aims to provide a helpful and safe networking experience, but we are not responsible for:

• Personal business decisions
• Deals made between members
• Missed opportunities
• Event delays
• Venue issues outside our control
• Third-party service failures
• User behavior outside Rabta Club control
• Losses caused by misuse of the platform

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Rabta Club's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant event or service.

Continued use of Rabta Club after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
